This DTP-2740 Dictaphone desktop cassette recorder and transcriber offers all the latest dictation and transcription features designed to simplify your document processing.

You won't be disappointed in this feature-rich dictation transcription machine with its easy to read three digit tape-counter which displays total dictation length in minutes and tenths of minutes. It also simplifies your work flow with up to nine alert/warning tones which play to indicate signals including End-of-Letter, Priority or Instruction and no cassette is loaded. A lot of power and control in an ergonomic, small footprint desktop Dictaphone tape transcriber. 
  • The DTP-2740 Dictaphone transcriber Expresswriter dictation and transcription machines include the DTP-2740 Dictaphone Machine ONLY.  Other Standard Cassette ExpressWriter Dictaphone transcribers include a transcripiton headset 2000031 and transcriber foot pedal 502845 (DTP-2742), a DTP-862300 hand held microphone (DTP-2741), a DTP-878844 Dictaphone deluxe transcriber headset and foot pedal (DTP-2745), or all three Dictaphone accessories 862300 hand held microphone, 502845 foot pedal, and 2000031 headset (DTP-2743).
  • Similar to the Dictaphone 3740 Micro tape transcriber and 1740 Dictaphone mini cassette transcriber, this Dictaphone ExpressWriter Plus 2740 transcription and dictation machine will provide the familiar features and functions you've used for years.
  • The ExpressWriter Transcriber DTP-2740 is very similar to the Dictaphone ExpressWriter Plus DTP-2750, but with a few less features.  The 2750 dictating machine and transcriber has conference recording, a large LCD discplay, voice activated recording, and more!
  • Dictaphone machines are of the highest quality and reliability when it comes to dictating and transcribing equipment and recorders.
