Top Selling Return Policies
DTP Sales and Service is committed to providing full customer service after the sale.

If you have any product return needs, please call a Customer Service Representative at 1-877- 387-2838. The following requirements apply: • Return Authorization Numbers are required on all returns. • Customers may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by DTP Sales and Service within 30 days of delivery for a full credit. • Items must be returned in their original product packaging with all accessories and product packaging in tact and undamaged • DTP Sales and Service will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. We will provide you a return mailing label via electronic mail. • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs if the return is not a result of DTP Sales & Service's error. • Please allow up to four (4) weeks for processing of your return before a credit is issued. • A restocking fee may apply. Please ask your Customer Service Representative for more details. 


Items that are Not Returnable 
DTP Sales and Service will not accept returns of the following items: • Any product missing the serial number or UPC. • Downloadable and non downloadable software products. • Items purchased from sellers other than DTP Sales and Service. • Non Stock special order items.


Partial Credits
Partial credits may be issued for the following items: • Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery. • Items that are returned without all items shipped with the product, such as instruction manuals, software, tapes etc. • Any item that has obvious signs of use. • Any item not returned in the condition it was received. 


Orders Returned After 30 Days 
Orders that were delivered more than 30 days prior to return may receive only a partial credit. If you still wish to return it, please contact a Customer Service Representative at 1-877-387-2838. 


Using our Return Mailing Label 
The return mailing labels obtained from our Customer Service Center are valid only for returns shipped within the U.S. Please do not apply the label to the product packaging and use it as the shipping container. This will damage the product packaging and a substantial restocking fee will be applied. Each return mailing label is coded for a specific shipment. Please do not include items from other orders, or other shipments from the same order, in the same box, or you will not receive the correct credit. Each shipment must be returned using a separate mailing label.
