Level 3 is for those interested in the assistance of deployment and configuration of their products. With this package, we offer 4 hours of online configuration and customization of their software and hardware. Customization will be performed using desktop streaming software.
Level 2: This package is geared towards training. Tier 2 support offers all of the benefits of Level 1 with the addition of personalized training. Level 2 is for those whom have taken advantages of Level 1 support but are looking for a more personalized training approach. With this package, we offer 4 hours of online training. Our training sessions are done online using desktop streaming software. This method of training reduces costs associated with travel and makes scheduling more convenient. Training sessions will be scheduled around what’s convenient for you.
Level 1: This package is geared towards installation and product support. Level 1 support offers access to our live on line website. Here customers can chat with our technical managers, create a service tickets, send emails, utilize live chat or request a call back. Clients will receive a secure login to our knowledge base center where hundreds of helpful walkthrough guides and “How To” guides are at your fingertips.
