The quiet and easy-to-use push buttons result in high performance, comfort and increased productivity.
CUSTOMIZABLE PROGRAMMABLE BUTTONS.
Five programmable buttons and their respective functions can be customized to suit particular program settings for a variety of purposes, recording conditions and user environments.
HIGH SENSITIVITY MICROPHONE.
The low-noise directional microphone blocks unwanted background noises, guaranteeing ultra-clear dictation recordings. Great for use with Dragon Naturally Speaking speech recognition software. The microphone sensitivity can be set at +6 or +18 dB, ideal for the busy office setting.
PROGRAMMABLE USER ID.
Register an ID directly in the DR-1200 and automatically have it used as part of the file naming convention for all created dictations.
IMPROVEMENTS.
-Four customizable buttons available for easy shortcut setups.
-3 Color LED provides a visual indicator to let users know what mode they are operating in at the time of use (Recorder, Playback, Overwrite).
-DNS command feature, allows the device to be programmed to select a group of Dragon NaturallySpeaking commands, such as touch Record to turn on the microphone.
-Text command feature, allows users to launch commands by voice to insert text or graphics.
-Button noise suppression which will support a noise cancellation feature for the Direct Rec II models.
