KEEP ALL THE DETAILS TOGETHER.The Olympus DR-2300 Direct Rec II USB microphone dictation recorder is designed to enable easy integration in any work environment – no matter if in a doctor or lawyer practice. With four designated programmable buttons on the front, as well as the one on the back, the device can be fully customized, enabling complete systems integration. Carefully designed, highly sensitive microphone element produces incredible accuracy for speech recognition integration. To provide the most secure and efficient digital dictation workflow, the DR-2300 recorder hand held offers a barcode scanner (available separately), which enables automatic allocation of digital voice files to client, case or patient records.

CUSTOMIZABLE PROGRAMMABLE BUTTONS.
Five programmable buttons and their respective functions can be customized to suit particular program settings for a variety of purposes, recording conditions and user environments.
HIGH SENSITIVITY MICROPHONE.
The low-noise directional microphone blocks unwanted background noises, guaranteeing ultra-clear dictation recordings. Great for use with speech recognition software. The microphone sensitivity can be set at +6 or +18 dB, ideal for the busy office setting.
PROGRAMMABLE USER ID.
Register an ID directly in the DR-2300 and automatically have it used as part of the file naming convention for all created dictations.

-DNS command feature, allows the device to be programmed to select a group of Dragon NaturallySpeaking commands, such as touch Record to turn on the microphone.
-Text command feature, allows users to launch commands by voice to insert text or graphics.
-Button noise suppression which will support a noise cancellation feature for the Direct Rec II models.
